BundleCraft Privacy Policy

BundleCraft ("the app", "we", "us") is a Shopify app that lets merchants combine existing products into sellable bundles. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it's used.

What we access

When a merchant installs BundleCraft, Shopify grants the app access to:

• Product, variant, and inventory data, so the app can read source products and create/update bundle products.
• Product metafields and metaobjects, used to store bundle contents so your storefront theme can display them.
• Basic shop information (shop domain) needed to operate the app for your store.

BundleCraft does not request access to, and does not store, customer personal information (names, emails, addresses, order history, etc.). The app operates entirely on product and inventory data.

What we store

BundleCraft stores, in its own database: the bundles you create (which source products/variants and quantities make them up, pricing and discount settings), your selected subscription plan, and the access token Shopify issues when you install the app. This data is stored only for as long as the app is installed on your store.

When you uninstall BundleCraft, we delete this stored data for your shop within 48 hours, per Shopify's data protection requirements.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your store's data with third parties. Data is used only to operate the app's features (bundle creation, inventory sync, and billing).

Billing

Subscription billing is handled entirely through Shopify's Billing API. BundleCraft does not process or store payment card information.
